
Bolete is located in the historic downtown of St. Catharines with a modern dining room and open kitchen. Both our main floor and lower private dining spaces are bathed in natural lightand feature art from talented Niagara artists.
Owner/chef Andrew McLeod, who opened Bolete in 2016, focuses on modern Canadian cuisine with all food prepared in house using only the finest Canadian ingredients. Cured meats, sausages, pastas and all ferments are prepared in-house, while Chef McLeod sources fresh Atlantic and Pacific seafood, fresh-caught fish from the Great Lakes as well as Ontario beef and lamb from Prince Edward Island. The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasons and the bounty that Niagara has to offer.
Our Ontario-focused wine list is carefully curated to pair perfectly with our meals. Local beers, ciders and innovative cocktails round out the drinks list.
